SUNDAY FUNNIES: HAPPY FATHERS' DAY 2025

 Hello Everybody!

Today you have both Koda Canine AND Piper D. Katt here as we celebrate FATHERS' DAY!
That's right Koda. Dads come in all shapes and sizes, but they all love their children. So we're going to celebrate FATHERS' DAY with some DAD JOKES.
Ready? Let's go!

A boy was bragging that he had two half brothers.
"Different fathers?" another child asked.
"No," the boy replied. "My Dad is a lousy magician."

The Sun🌞 was shining on our planet one day and said, “Hey Earth.”
The Earth🌎 replied, “Hey Sun.”
Confused, the Sun said, “Dad?”

A man was advising a co-worker, "If  you're addicted to DAD jokes. you need to go on one of those 12 step programs.”
The co-worker replied, “That dozen work.”

A father asked his son if the kid had seen the newspaper.📰
The son replied that newspapers were old school and people used tablets nowadays before handing the father his.
That fly🦟 didn’t stand a chance!😉

What kind of music♫ did the kids play for their dad on Father’s Day?
Pop music.

What did the Panda🐼 give his daddy on Father’s Day?
A big bear hug.💗

What did the baby corn say to his mommy?
"Where's pop?"

When asked if she knew how old her father was, the daughter replied, "My age. I've known him my whole life."

What's the first thing any dad does on Father's Day?
Wake up.

So on that note♫, please remember that being a parent is serious business.
After all, anyone can be a father. That's just simple biology.
But it takes someone special to be a dad.

In any event, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY, and please be back next weekend for more Sunday Funnies!
PDK and KC.

(Hint: It isn't life threatening.)

THE LETTER SHUFFLE
It's not true that we hum because we've forgotten the lyrics!
"Hello folks. If you know what I am (in the picture on the right), then how many new words can you make out of the letters in my name?"

The little fellow with the rapid flight rate is a HUMMINGBIRD.

So out of the letters in the word HUMMINGBIRD, you can find the following:
Bid, big, bin, bird, brig, brim, bring, bud, bug, bum, bun
Dig, dim, din, ding, drug, drug, drum dub, dug, dumb, dung
Gin, grid, grim, grin, gum, gun
Hi, hid, him, hiring, hub, hug, hug, hum, humming, Hun
I, id, in
Mid, mud, mug, mum
Nib, nigh, nub, numb
Rib, rid, rig, rim, rind, ring, rub, rug, ruin, rum, run, (and) rung.

HUM, HUMMING, and BIRD do count since they were only part of the original (compound) word. Otherwise, more words than the 61 listed above might be possible.
