SUNDAY FUNNIES: SPICING THINGS UP

Hello Everybody! Piper D. Katt here.

For better or worse the Summer season is officially over and Fall is in the air so brace yourself!
Pumpkin Spice Season is upon us, based upon all the ads I've seen on TV when my people have the set on.
There's always at least one commercial every break for Pumpkin Spice This and Pumpkin Spice That.
But do you really need stuff like Pumpkin Spice Soap On A Rope or Pumpkin Spice Unleaded Gasoline???🙀
After all, Pumpkin was never a member of the Spice Girls.
In any event, guess what the theme for today's jokes is. Ready?

When you slip on a pumpkin, does it catch you off gourd?

What is Pumpkin Spice's favorite sport?
It's Pumpkin Pi!😼
Squash.

What’s black, white, orange, and waddles?
A penguin carrying pumpkin spice.🐧

Is a pumpkin's favorite movie Pulp Fiction?

What did the Pumpkin Spice say to the Green Pepper?
"You look a little sick."

Do love sick pumpkins enjoy a mushy romance?

What happens to a pumpkin's record collection after they get spiced?
Is there even a market for vine-yl albums any more?

How do you cure someone with a pumpkin spice addiction?
Apply the pumpkin patch.

What happens when you have too much pumpkin spice?
You’ll get autumn’y ache.
Although there are some people who claim there is no such thing as too much pumpkin spice.
In any event...
Orange you pumped up for Autumn?
But (un)fortunately nothing lasts forever.
Soon the era of Pumpkin🎃 will fall and the North winds will herald the cold season ahead and whisper “Peppermint everything!”
MINTER is coming!
So on that note♫, take care.
STAY SAFE! 😷
Have a great week and please be back next weekend for more Sunday Funnies!PDK.

SUNDAY FUNNIES: LEGAL LAUGHS

"Raise your right paw."
Hello Everybody! Autumn the Puppy here!
In Henry VI, Part II, during Scene 2 of the fourth act, William Shakespeare had Dick the Butcher say, "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers.''
Now of course, the character was referring to the unethical ones involved within the play's events.
Like any profession, you have to take the bad ones with the good.
Yet for every Perry Mason or Rafael Barba, there is an attorney not as bright, but they do provide great comedic moments.
I submit the following as proof to the court of laughs...

Attorney: "The youngest son. The 20 year old. How old is he?"
Witness: "Don't you know?"

Attorney: "What's your current marital status?"
Man: "I'm a widower."
Attorney: "Who died?"

Attorney: "Didn't you say the murder victim was shot in the woods?"
Coroner: "No, I said he was shot in the lumbar region."
Of course, the court room scenes of Airplane 2! The Sequel! are quite funny too.

Attorney: "Any theories as to why this isn't a murder trial?"
Witness: "Because I'm still alive."

Attorney: "You were there until you left, correct?"
This one ranks right up there with the Bugs Bunny/Daffy Duck routine "This week was next week last week."

And on that note♫, have a great week everybody and we'll see each other again next weekend for more Sunday Funnies!—AtP.

TRIVIA TIME
What is the only naturally occurring element of the periodic table that science has NOT been able to reproduce artificially?
HELIUM! It is estimated that the world's current supply will only last another 30 years at most.

THE 50/50 CHANCE
Just like a regular TRIVIA TIME question, except there are only two possible answers, hence the even odds of getting it right. Ready?
TRUE OR FALSE: Television's original Mission: Impossible team consisted of master of disguise Rollin Hand (Martin Landau), femme fatale Cinnamon Carter (Barbara Bain), electronics expert Barney Collier (Greg Morris), strong man Willy Armitage (Peter Lupis), and team leader Jim Phelps (Peter Graves).

FALSE! The team leader for the very first season was Dan Briggs, played by Steven Hill. Graves took over as Phelps for season 2 onward.
