PUPPY POWER! 🐕

Hello Everybody! Autumn the Puppy here.
Now, first and foremost, a little business.
Today is only May 3.
TOMORROW is May 4, also known as Star Wars Day.
We here at the Sunday Funnies got to celebrate it in 2014, but our turn doesn't come around again until 2025! 😲😢
Don't worry. THERE WILL BE a special post doing so Monday, but that doesn't mean we can't have some fun in the meantime...

Now, I know it seems like time is dragging along as we wait for things to get back to "normal", whatever that was or will be.
But on the bright side, if you're reading this, you're safe and sound at the moment so what more can you ask for?
In any event, Self Quarantining😷 and Staying Home hasn't been easy for some people, and hence the theme of my post for this week...

My owner used to complain that he didn't want to work from home.

Now he's saying, "If I only knew how short the commute was..."

His wife observed, "By the time this is all over, some of us are going to develop great cooking and baking skills, while others are going to need to start exercising more."😉

If you do work from home and have to telecommute anywhere, think of all the travel time you're saving. As well as fuel costs, wear and tear on your vehicle, and the fact you really only have to dress fancy from the waist up for any webcam.😀
But remember, no matter how long you wear your pajamas, they still need washing eventually!
Yet I can't help wondering, if you don't have to dress as fancy as you used to when working from home, what's "Casual Friday" like now?

This morning my owner saw his neighbor talking to her cat.😸
Obviously she thought the cat understood her.
When he came back in and told me (his dog Autumn), we had a good laugh over it.

You know you're single and living alone during this time when the highlight of your week is trying to decide what outfit to wear to take out the garbage!

Anyway, it's great that we can pause (paws?) and get a good chuckle or two out of all of this, because they do say Laughter Is The Best Medicine, and just be glad you're not getting charged for that medical advice!
But the COVID-19/Coronavirus crisis itself is NO laughing matter.
