SUNDAY FUNNIES: THE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER (2015 edition)

Sun tan oil & fur DON'T mix!
Hello Everybody! Autumn the Puppy here.
We are approaching what some call the "dog days" of summer. July and August (February and March for the Southern Hemisphere) are usually when the hottest temperatures are recorded.
Of course with climate change, that specific time period might be further expanded, but for now, let's find some shade and keep cool while I tell some canine based jokes.
Ready?

Hot fun in the sun

Contrary to popular belief, sheepdogs do NOT "baa"!

Johnny taught his dog to sing. When they got their big break, the dog went on stage and just sat there quietly.
Later, Johnny asked what happened. The dog said, “I couldn't see the cue cards.”

What do you call a pooch that wakens too early in the morning?
Groggy.

Why did the Doberman marry the Golden Retriever?
He found her fetching.

What do you get when you cross Lassie with a Petunia?
A Collie Flower.

Of course, it goes without saying that you should keep your pets cool, indoors if possible, and make sure they have plenty of water.
AND PLEASE DON'T LEAVE US IN HOT CARS WHILE YOU INSIDE AN AIR CONDITIONED BUILDING!

"And to think, this is the RUNT of the litter!"

We leave you now with this classic from posts past, but have a great week everybody and be sure to come back next weekend for more Sunday Funnies!—AtP.
