Well, the annual "Turkey Day" is upon us once more, but more importantly: IT'S THANKSGIVING!
Time for everyone to stop and think about what they are thankful for in life.
Both Waxy Dragon and Autumn the Puppy say they are thankful for having the extended holiday weekend off, leaving your humble Editor-In-Chief with this post and the regular edition of this feature over the weekend.
What am I thankful for?
Family, friends, my health, my writing.
But this wouldn't be The Sunday Funnies without some humor, and I still feel that the best Thanksgiving joke(s) of all time can be found in the classic WKRP In Cincinnati episode: "Turkeys Away!" 🦃
For those who haven't seen it in a while...
Feeling left out, Station Manager Arthur Carlson decides to stage "the greatest Thanksgiving Day promotion in radio history", with disastrous results.
As usual, we must point out that no one connected with The Free Choice E-zine posted the video on YouTube, we are only sharing the fun with our readers, and that WKRP, let alone this episode, are both owned and copyrighted by MTM Enterprises.
In any event, hope you enjoy the laughs.
Take care, and see you this weekend for more Sunday Funnies!
