While baseball fans everywhere eagerly awaited the start of the 2009 season today, unfortunately with a cold front moving through the northeastern United States, some games were rained or, in the case of the Chicago White Sox home opener, snowed out.
So I guess some pundits will have to wait an extra 24 hours before they can possibly tell the following lame joke.
Do you know why (insert team) cannot sell beer for the rest of the season?
They lost the opener!
