Let's take care of some editorial business first.
I have already eulogized the passing of our dear friend Autumn the Puppy and was scheduled to host today under the impression she and Piper D. Katt would be home with their respective families finishing the Thanksgiving holiday here in the United States.
I am still scheduled to cover the post holiday Sunday Funnies December 26 and January 2, Christmas and New Year's respectively. Piper will be hosting as a solo act until the Editorial We behind The Free Choice E-zine finds a replacement for Autumn. Which is no easy task by any stretch of the imagination.
There will still be a Christmas themed Sunday Funnies December 19, but it's doubtful at this point it will be in the Office Party motif of years passed.
Anyway, Thanksgiving here in America was this past Thursday, and hopefully everyone took time out to acknowledge what they are most thankful for than just eatting more than they should have.
Me, considering my recent heart/medical issues, I'm thankful to still be alive!
In any event, we're all dealing with lingering leftovers, or those dreaded Poultry Geists, and this humble E-zine is no exception...
Asking an expert is not always the best way to get the advice you need.
If you ask a turkey🦃 how it should be stuffed, the turkey would say “With Worms, Bugs, and Seeds.”
One turkey to another, while they're looking at their cellphones. “Do you have any idea why the farmer just unfriended me?”
The other turkey replied, “No, but do you have any idea why I’m suddenly getting hundreds of dinner invitations?”
Did you know that the Pilgrims baked bread with May flour?😉
Friendsgiving is for Palsgrims, and on that note♫
Have a great week everybody!
Take care.
STAY SAFE! 😷
And please be with us next weekend for more Sunday Funnies!—lh,jr.
