Hello Everybody! The Free Choice E-zine's Editor-In-Chief Lee Houston, Junior here because your regular Sunday Funnies hosts Piper D. Katt and Koda Canine have the Labor Day holiday weekend off to be with their respective families.
One thing a lot of people are talking about here in America lately is money.
The lack of it.
The desire to have more.
What they would do if they had some to begin with.
You get the idea.
Of course there are also discussions on how to make money. I can tell you right now anything that involves printing your own is illegal.
But one option that always seems to get discussed is winning the lottery.
Do you know how difficult that is? Having that one winning ticket out of a bajillion tickets sold?
If you play golf🏌, it's akin to trying to sink a hole in one while blindfolded and facing the wrong way at the tee before take your swing.
If you somehow manage to actually make that shot...
Anyway—
If money doesn't grow on trees, why do banks have branches?
Where does the forest keep its money?
In the River Bank.
Anyone who believes money doesn't buy happiness can transfer that cash to my account.
Did you hear about the fed up man who quit his job and planned to travel the world until he ran out of money?
He was home by 10 PM the same night.
Next time he plans to drive until he runs out of money and hopes to at least get out of his driveway
I have done some terrible things for money.
Such as getting up early to go to work.
If you wake up early, work hard and never give up, you'll make your boss rich.
And if material things and money make you believe you are better than others, then you are the poorest person on Earth.🌎
