As usual, a real quote from an actual celebrity will be followed by something hopefully witty by meow, but this time everything will be from the legendary, the one, the only GROUCHO MARX!

Named Julius by his parents at birth, Groucho was the middle child of the famous comedy troupe consisting of Chico (Leonard), Harpo (Arthur), Gummo (Milton) and Zeppo (Herbert) Marx.

Groucho had a wonderful comedic career between the stage, movie screens and television, so if everybody is ready...

And if it's something bigger, it's free to go wherever it wants to.

I must confess I don't remember much of my childhood. I was born at a very early age.

Meow too. I'm sure I had a good kittenhood. I just don't remember most of it.

The first thing I can recall concerning myself is that I was born. These are wonderful words. This life, to which neither time nor eternity can bring diminution, this ever lasting soul began. My mind loses itself in these depths.

The miracle of life. We should all get to enjoy it more.

Before I speak, I have something important to say.

It'd be wise if more people engaged their brains before their mouths.

No one goes before their time. Unless the boss leaves early.

Considering how overworked and underpaid a lot of them are, do you have to ask why employees are more stressed out than they should be nowadays?

A hospital bed is a parked taxi with the meter running.

Which makes one wonder why medical expenses are so high and insurance doesn't cover everything it should.

Thirteen at a table is unlucky if there are only twelve dinners available.

I guess someone needed to plan that event better.

Why, a four year old child could understand this report. Run out and get me a four year old child. I can't make heads or tails of it. (From Duck Soup.)

Which makes one wonder why any business or government has to be mired down in confusing, nonsensical jargon and red tape.

All people are born alike. Except Republicans and Democrats.

If we could just all get along, maybe this world would be a much better place than it is.

I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.

Maybe, but the whole world welcomed your wit and humor and to say you are sorely missed is a serious understatement.
