SUNDAY FUNNIES: NET WORTH?

Hello Everybody! Autumn the Puppy here!

Now with the {censored} pandemic๐Ÿ˜ท not only still in full swing, but apparently getting worse in some areas as winter approaches (and I bet you that George R. R. Martin never foresaw a winter THIS bad ๐Ÿ˜‰) a lot of people are wisely not only wearing their masks and taking other viable precautions but social distancing too.

A major way everyone stays in touch under these trying times is through the Internet. Of course, this has led to all kinds of issues. For example...

Some people think Auto Correct involves fixing cars!
Of course those who have more experience with it think Auto Correct is their worst enema and the program can go straight to He'll...

You have to be VERY careful when choosing passwords.
Any password should have both Capital and smaller case letters as well as numbers and maybe even a punctuation mark or two where applicable.
Allen Ludden used to be great at passwords and if you don't believe me, look him up.
Meanwhile you also want to make any password something you can always remember (so if you have to write it down, be sure only you know where that is hidden), but you don't want to make it too easy, like: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Of course something more obvious like BEEF STEW isn't stroganoff.

As nice as it would be, Instagram is NOT having your mother's mother on speed dial.

Why did the Power Point presentation cross the road?
To get to the other slide!
OOPS! Wrong mouse!
Did the guy at the keyboard factory get fired for not putting in enough shifts?

Does an experienced Outlook user Excel at the program?

Are monkeys who share an Amazon account Prime mates?๐Ÿ˜‰

You know you're texting too much when your phone celebrates you going to bed for the night!

Don't you hate it when the gadget is smarter than its user?
And on that note♫, have a great week everybody!
Take care. STAY SAFE! ๐Ÿ˜ท
And please be back here again next weekend for more Sunday Funnies!—AtP.

SUNDAY FUNNIES: WAXY SURFS THE INTERNET! (misc. jokes)

Hello Everybody! Waxy Dragon here!
Hope everyone had a great Halloween.
I know I did. My tummy still aches from all the candy I ate last night.
I also hope everyone remembered to set their clocks back one hour, since Daylight Savings Time ended. If not, at least you'll be an hour early wherever you have to go today.

Anyway, when trying to think of what to do for this week's Sunday Funnies, I thought I'd try my paw at the Internet like Autumn the Puppy does.
So let's see what's on the World Wide Web, besides a few stray spiders.
I was told to leave my replies in italics. Ready?

Jokes are always easy to find on the Internet. Like this one:
Why did Humpty Dumpty have a great fall?
To make up for a lousy summer.
I know what you mean. Thankfully dragons love it hot, but with global warming and everything, humans and a lot of my other friends have a rough time of it.

One Internet poster said, "There is no such thing as a perfect stranger. I keep practicing and practicing and keep getting stranger and stranger."
Well good for you. Momma Dragon always tells me that practice makes perfect. Then again, she also tells me to stay away from strangers, but I wish you all the best.

"When your past calls, don't answer. It has nothing new to say."
Good advice. Especially don't answer the phone when your past calls collect!

Another poster wrote, "Not everyone suffers from insanity. I thoroughly enjoy it."
Maybe that poster should get together with the one trying to be a perfect stranger.

"The first five days after the weekend are always the worst."
WOW! That must have been some weekend!

"Except for missing the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Valentine's Day), I always thought bears had the right idea about winter."
Maybe, but who gets up in the middle of the night to make sure the heater is still working in the cave?

This last Internet post was especially interesting.
"BREAKING NEWS! The Earth revolves around the sun! People who thought everything revolved around them are in a state of shock."
You mean I'm not the center of everyone's universe? Maybe I need to hire a new publicity agent.

And on that note, have a great week everybody, and please be back here again next weekend for more Sunday Funnies! I hope I still have some Halloween candy left by then. Maybe I can go trick or treating again?—wd.

THE PUZZLE CORNER: NOVEMBER 1, 2014

FUN FACT
A lion's muzzle is like a Human fingerprint. No two are alike. Every lion has a different whisker pattern!

TRIVIA TIME
Who is the Murphy behind "Murphy's Law": anything that can go wrong, will?

THE 50/50 CHANCE
Just like a regular Trivia Time question, except there are only two possible answers, hence the even odds to answer correctly. Ready?

The (in)famous Trix Rabbit of cereal fame has never successfully eaten a bowl of the cereal.

We'll reveal all next weekend, but for now, let's open up THE ANSWERS BOX and discover the results of the October 25, 2014 Halloween themed Puzzle Corner.

BEFORE AND AFTER
Two different things shared at least one word in common to allow combining them into something new.
So the answer to the question of wondering "How the werewolf caught up with his debts" is: (He) Paid in full moons.

REBUS
Something famous was represented in the image below.

The answer is
"Ding Dong, the witch is dead!"

A classic line from The Wizard of Oz.
