A lot of people, as well as plenty of networks, are pooling their resources to produce a live, two hour telethon with no commercials within the first two hours of prime time Friday, January 22.
The special, to be aired on (alphabetically): ABC, BET, CBS, CNN, Country Music Television, FOX, HBO, MTV, National Geographic Channel, PBS, The CW, VH1, and a host of international channels; will carry live portions from three charity concerts held simultaneously between London, New York City, and Los Angeles as well as pleas to donate to the current relief efforts attempting to assist victims of the Haiti earthquake.
