That's right Piper! Mothers come in all shapes, sizes, and varieties. Whether biological, matrimonial, step, or adopted; any woman who cares about children is motherly.

Daughter: "Mum, what’s it like to have the greatest daughter in the world?"

Mum: "I don’t know dear. You’d have to ask Grandma."😉

When a kid says, "Daddy, I want Mommy," that is the kid version of "I'd like to speak to your supervisor."

Two children ordered their mother to stay in bed one Mother’s Day morning.

As she lay there looking forward to breakfast in bed, the smell of bacon floated up from the kitchen. But after a good long wait with no food she finally went downstairs to investigate.

She found them both sitting at the table eating bacon and eggs.

“As a surprise for Mother’s Day,” one explained, “we decided to cook our own breakfast.”

I guess they haven't quite grasped the concept yet. Huh Koda?

Doesn't look like it Piper, but we have time/space for one more joke.

Why don’t they have Mother’s Day sales?

Because Mothers are priceless.

That's right Autumn, and what with that dang pandemic putting everything on pause, it's been especially tougher than normal being a mother this year.

Afraid so Waxy.
One of the most difficult jobs a person can have within their lifetime is to be a parent.
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to raise a child.
So here's to all our maternal parents!
You grand ladies know who you are.

But hey, it's a holiday, so let's celebrate!🙌
And you know what that means everybody...

SUNDAY FUNNIES: HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! 2015 edition

Bow wow, arf Mom!

Hi Mommy!

Okay all you lucky people. Today you have both Autumn the Puppy AND Waxy Dragon as we celebrate Mother's Day!

So, what does make a mother? Is she only as strong as the coffee she drinks? Does she need a superhero cape or powers?

NO! The one thing that truly distinguishes a mother is the love they have for their children.

However, growing up can be a difficult task at times for both the mother and the kids.
A woman could dance for hours during a night on the town, yet be tired after only a couple of minutes chasing their children.
A child hearing their mother say "I'm not mad at you," when they've done something wrong is like hearing the doctor say, "This isn't going to hurt" before they give you a vaccination.


A mother can fawn over an expensive bouquet of flowers bought by their mate just as easily as a handful of flowers personally picked by her child, as long as they didn't come out of her own garden.

A mother can talk to their children about the importance of a healthy diet and eating lots of vegetables, yet the child will wonder what happened to the last of the cookies they knew were present before their mother warned them not to eat at the risk of spoiling their dinner.

It is hard to be a mother though. They have to think like both a man and a child, feel like a lady, always look like a young girl, and work like a horse.
A kid just has to be a kid, yet neither job came with instructions.

Mothers cook and clean and take care of their family and so much more that one lone day singled out to honor them just doesn't seem like enough.
Yet we would be remiss without saying...
