HAPPY PI DAY, 2014!

"It's all Greek to me."
Today is March 14, 2014.
Or 03-14 to digital systems.
3.14.

Pi!

The mathematical constant is basically the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter.

An irrational number that cannot be expressed as a common fraction, its decimal representation never ends and never settles into a permanent repeating pattern.

Although Cohen gave it a good shot in the image below, computers have been used to track PI to over 67,000 digits without completing the sequence!

Long, isn't it?

So for you number fans out there, go out and have a slice of your favorite dessert and enjoy the day!
