The mathematical constant is basically the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter.
An irrational number that cannot be expressed as a common fraction, its decimal representation never ends and never settles into a permanent repeating pattern.
Although Cohen gave it a good shot in the image below, computers have been used to track PI to over 67,000 digits without completing the sequence!
